Job Description We are seeking a
Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager
to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives focused on security‑driven solutions. This role is responsible for driving projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

deep project management expertise, strong cross‑functional leadership, and a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles
to successfully deliver enterprise‑level initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals
Drive cross‑functional collaboration across internal teams, stakeholders, and third‑party vendors
Manage project planning, execution, risk mitigation, and reporting for cybersecurity‑focused initiatives
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment and expectations
Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate external partner deliverables
Identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and issues
Provide regular status updates, reporting, and executive‑level briefings
Lead large‑scale, complex initiatives that impact organizational strategy and long‑term objectives
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in project management or related roles
Strong experience managing cross‑functional, enterprise‑level projects
Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, or initiatives
Proven ability to lead projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive results in complex environments
PMP certification required
Bachelor's degree required;
Master's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading cybersecurity or IT security programs (e.g., risk, compliance, cloud security, infrastructure security)
Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, Zero Trust)
Experience working in large, matrixed organizations
Background in strategic program management or transformation initiatives
Employment Pre‑requisites The following requirements must be met to be eligible for this position: successful completion of a background investigation, and drug urinalysis.
