We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human physiology and demonstrate expertise in various therapeutic techniques. The Physical Therapist role involves working with patients across different settings, including outpatient clinics, and inpatient facilities. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for developing individualized care plans to enhance patient recovery and improve their quality of life.
*Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
* Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual patient evaluations.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
* Educate patients and their families on treatment options, exercises, and rehabilitation techniques.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.
*Experience*
* A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
* Prior experience in settings such as acute care, geriatrics, home community care, or outpatient therapy is preferred.
* Knowledge of physiology and the ability to apply this knowledge to develop effective care plans is essential.
* Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques used in physical rehabilitation.
* Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
