*A SNF Where You Can Slow Down, Think Clearly, and Deliver True One on One Care*
*We'll cover the cost of housing for the new hire too!!*
If you want a role where you can think clearly, evaluate thoroughly, and build treatment plans that truly fit the person in front of you, you’ll feel at home at Bishop Care Center.
This is a facility where *one-on-one care and quality treatment* are the standard, not the exception. You’ll work in a supportive environment alongside a strong, collaborative team, with access to physical, occupational, and speech therapy support. Patients come here because they want real results, and you’re given the *time, structure, and focused sessions* to deliver them.
This role is open due to continued growth, and we’re adding a PT who wants to grow with the us, not just fill a schedule.
*The Mission That Drives Bishop Care Center*
The mission is simple but powerful: earn patient trust and keep it by delivering care that feels personal, safe, and results-driven.
For you, that means stepping into a facility where your best work is expected and supported. You’ll have real mentorship, a clear path for clinical and leadership growth, and the backing of a strong team as you help patients move better, feel better, and return to the life they miss.
*What You Will Do*
In this role, you will:
* *Evaluate patients and build individualized plans* Clear assessments, strong clinical reasoning, and treatment plans that match real life.
* *Deliver evidence-based outpatient treatment in one on one sessions* Help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent injury through skilled interventions and progression.
* *Track progress and adjust plans as outcomes evolve* You will document, re-test, and refine treatment so patients keep moving forward.
* *Educate patients and families* Build buy-in, confidence, and long-term success through clear coaching and prevention strategies.
* *Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team* Work alongside other clinicians to support comprehensive patient care.
*What Makes This Facility Feel Different*
Here is what you get more of at Bishop Care Center:
* *One on one care that supports quality* You are focused on one patient at a time so you can coach, progress, and problem-solve without feeling rushed.
* *Treatment time that supports real outcomes* 30 to 55 minute appointment lengths so you can treat thoroughly and make smart decisions.
* *Support staff in place* You are not doing everything alone. You will be backed by a dedicated team so your day runs smoother.
* *A comprehensive care philosophy* We take a whole-person approach and emphasize individualized plans.
* *Growth and leadership built in* This is a great fit if you want to develop into a stronger clinician and take on supervisory responsibility over time.
*Mentorship That Helps You Get Confident Fast*
New graduates are welcome. You will receive training and mentorship designed to help you build skill, speed, and confidence without being thrown into the deep end.
*Support and Growth for Experienced PTs*
If you are an experienced PT, this role gives you the structure and autonomy to do your best work while continuing to level up. You will have the support of a strong team, the ability to refine your clinical decision-making with a wide variety of cases, and the opportunity to step into supervisory responsibilities as you earn it.
This is a great fit if you want to lead by example, mentor newer clinicians, and be part of a clinic that values one on one care, quality outcomes, and long-term growth.
*Built In Support and Benefits*
* *Earn $55–$65 per hour (approximately $114,400–$135,200 annually)* with pay that reflects your experience and the value you bring to patient care.
