We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry, with expertise in patient care, dental procedures, and clinic management. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental services, ensuring optimal oral health outcomes, and delivering exceptional patient experiences. *Responsibilities*
* Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
* Assess patients’ oral health through thorough examinations and medical/dental history reviews.
* Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical assessments.
* Utilize dental imaging technology and adhere to aseptic techniques to ensure accurate diagnoses and infection control.
* Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.
* Collaborate with dental assistants and staff to deliver efficient four-handed dentistry for improved patient comfort and workflow.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options to promote long-term oral health.
* Stay current with advancements in dental technology, techniques, and best practices within pediatric dentistry, endodontics, and oral surgery.
*Skills*
* Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and treatment planning.
* Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
* Experience in pediatric dentistry and working with children or special needs patients is highly desirable.
* Expertise in dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures.
* Familiarity with infection control protocols and sterilization techniques to ensure patient safety.
* Ability to interpret medical imaging accurately for diagnosis and treatment planning.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of diverse backgrounds and explain procedures clearly.
* Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records confidentiality and data security. Pay: $180,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
