Role Description

This is a contract role for a Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for conducting due diligence, analyzing financial statements, and evaluating investment opportunities. Additional tasks include supporting merger and acquisition transactions, performing financial modeling, and assisting with integration planning. This is a hybrid role located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in finance and accounting principles
• Experience in conducting due diligence and evaluating investment opportunities
• Strong background in the mergers and acquisitions process, including financial modeling and integration planning
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus
