Founding Growth Engineer

Mission

Dragons is building the orchestration stack for mythic agents — infrastructure to coordinate thousands, soon millions, of AI agents into coherent, purposeful systems. Adoption is everything: developers must be able to touch Dragons, understand it, and build with it.

As our Founding Growth Engineer, you'll own this frontier. You'll design growth loops, craft developer journeys, and build a thriving community around #RunsOnDragons.

Responsibilities

Growth Loops

• Architect and run product-led growth experiments that drive adoption.
• Build SDKs, starter kits, and integrations that make it effortless to get started.
• Instrument the full funnel (acquisition → activation → retention → expansion).
• Analyze data, ship experiments, and scale what works.

Developer Experience

• Design onboarding flows and documentation that are clear, elegant, and mythic.
• Build example apps, demos, and open-source modules that showcase Dragons in action.
• Ensure developers can code
  with
  agents — collaborative, agent-assisted development is encouraged and expected here.
• Remove friction wherever builders touch the stack.

Community & Evangelism

• Be an early face of Dragons in the ecosystem: GitHub, Discord, Twitter, conferences.
• Engage design partners, early adopters, and open-source contributors.
• Translate product releases into compelling stories and tutorials.
• Grow a community that believes in building with myth and meaning.

Ideal Profile

• 3–6+ years as a software engineer with experience in developer tools, infra, or growth engineering.
• Fluent across the stack (can build APIs, dashboards, and growth experiments).
• Comfortable collaborating with AI agents in your workflow — using them to ideate, scaffold, and accelerate code.
• Strong communicator: you can write docs, posts, or scripts that make complex systems approachable.
• Excited by 0→1 ambiguity, shipping fast, and shaping both product and ecosystem.
• Curious about AI orchestration, multi-agent systems, and building infra with narrative weight.
