Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Independent Consultant at HelmsBriscoe. The Independent Consultant will be responsible for managing the venue selection process for client events, including researching potential venues, contacting and evaluating options, and negotiating contracts to secure the best value for clients. The role involves evaluating client needs, advising on logistical considerations, and maintaining strong industry relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Venue Research and Evaluation skills
  • Client Needs Assessment and Advisory skills
  • Contract Negotiation and Industry Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in using relevant technology and software tools
  • Previous experience in event planning or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
