*Position Overview*
We are seeking an *Associate* *Pediatric Dentist* to join our thriving practice in *Ankeny, Iowa*. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, patient-focused provider who enjoys working with children and wants to be part of a supportive, team-driven environment.

*Responsibilities*
* Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care (preventative, restorative, and emergency treatment)
* Establish positive relationships with patients and families
* Educate patients and parents on oral health and treatment plans
* Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional patient experience
* Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to all compliance standards
*Qualifications*
* *DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school*
* Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency (preferred)
* *Licensed or eligible for licensure in Iowa*
* Strong communication skills and a compassionate, kid-friendly approach
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
