About

Responsibilities - Provide comprehensiveadministrative and documentation support to the Board Member andteam - Manage correspondence, document preparation, filing systems,and order processing - Prepare reports, presentations, proposals,contracts, and briefing materials using MS Office - Coordinatecalendars, meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow‐up actions -Handle internal and external communication to ensure efficientinformation flow - Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, andexpense reporting - Support special projects and respond to complexoperational inquiries Requirements - Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills in German and English;
