Senior Expert Project Manager

Project : For our client, we are seeking a Senior Expert Project Manager to support the further development of digital opening processes (DOPZ). As part of the further development of the DOPZ, you will assume responsibility for the analysis, management, and operational leadership of the specialist project. The goal is to review existing project artifacts and setups, define optimization measures, and support their implementation. In parallel, you will actively lead the conception and technical implementation of the project and orchestrate the diverse stakeholders.

Tasks and responsibilities :

• Initial analysis of existing project artifacts and project setup
• Preparation and implementation of an action plan
• Operational management ad interim of the specialist project "Further development of digital opening processes" in the conception phase
• Support with technical implementation
• Orchestration and management of different stakeholder groups
• Project communication and stakeholder management

Requirements :

• More than 12 years of experience in project management (Senior Expert)
• Proven experience in managing complex, banking-related digitalization projects
• Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience in dealing with diverse stakeholders

Languages ​​:

• German: C1 (specialized language use, oral and written)
• English: not required
