Are you passionate about web data and insights? We are looking for a
Web Analytics Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing website performance, user behavior, and digital campaign effectiveness to help optimize online experiences and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Track and analyze website traffic
and user behavior to provide insights into customer journey, conversion rates, and engagement. - Set up, configure, and manage
Google Analytics
,
Google Tag Manager
, and other web analytics tools to track key website metrics. - Create and maintain custom dashboards
and reporting systems to provide stakeholders with real-time insights into web performance and KPIs. - Monitor digital marketing campaigns
(e.g., SEM, social media, email) to evaluate their effectiveness and make recommendations for optimization. - Conduct in-depth
A/B testing
,
multivariate testing
, and
conversion rate optimization
(CRO) to improve website and campaign performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams
(marketing, product, UX/UI, and development) to understand business goals and create tailored web analytics solutions. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance the user experience, increase conversions, and improve overall site performance.
- Develop and maintain
tracking strategies
and ensure accurate data collection across digital properties. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in
web analytics
, digital marketing, and website optimization.
Requirements
:
- Bachelor's degree
in Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience working in
web analytics
,
digital marketing
, or related fields. - Proficiency with Google Analytics
(GA4),
Google Tag Manager
, and other tracking tools like
Adobe Analytics
or
Hotjar
. - Experience in setting up and analyzing
A/B tests
and
conversion rate optimization
techniques. - Strong knowledge of
SEO
,
PPC
, and
social media analytics
. - Solid understanding of
HTML/CSS
, with the ability to work with developers to implement tracking code. - Ability to create and interpret
comprehensive data reports
and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - Strong Excel
skills (pivot tables, data analysis) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g.,
Tableau
,
Power BI
). - Experience with
SQL
or similar query languages is a plus. - Attention to detail
and strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills
, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
