State of Mississippi - Health and Human Services Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of software applications supporting federal and state Health & Human Services programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in eligibility determination and benefit issuance systems. Requirements: Minimum
5+ years of experience
in testing eligibility and benefit systems for Health & Human Services programs Hands-on experience with at least one or more of the following programs: Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program ( SNAP ) Temporary Assistance for Needy Families ( TANF ) Child Care Assistance ( CC ) Child Support Enforcement ( CSE ) Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute
manual and automated test cases Perform
functional, regression, and performance testing Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools Validate eligibility determination and benefit issuance workflows Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues Ensure applications meet
business, functional, and technical requirements Participate in test planning, test data preparation, and test execution cycles
