About

Required Qualifications Practical experience developing and configuring within Salesforce. Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex, including classes, triggers, and test classes. Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura. Skilled in Salesforce Flows and process automation. Solid understanding of data modeling, security architecture, and sharing rules. Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and/or middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi. Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Comfortable leading technical discussions and influencing design and implementation decisions. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform Developer II certification. Salesforce Administrator and/or Business Analyst certification. Experience transitioning solutions from third-party vendors to internal teams. Background working in public sector or healthcare environments. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a related field, along with at least three years of relevant experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
