Schedule: Thursday through Sunday shifts. Hours may vary but typically are from 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm

We are hiring Retail Lead Generators to work inside national home improvement retail stores promoting HVAC services, heating and air conditioning tune-ups, system replacements, and indoor air quality solutions. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy speaking with people and want to earn hourly pay plus commission while introducing homeowners to professional HVAC services and consultations.

As a retail brand-ambassador and product-consultant, you will engage with retail shoppers and introduce them to ARS, heating and air conditioning services. This role supports lead-generation, brand-awareness, and customer education while scheduling in‑home consultations.
- Act as a retail brand-ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Engage retail shoppers to educate homeowners on heating, cooling, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality solutions
- Serve as a product-consultant explaining service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements
- Support lead-generation efforts by identifying interested homeownersto promote and schedule free in-home consultations and tune-ups
- Function as a lead-generator and appointment-setter, scheduling in‑home visits with service technicians and comfort advisors
- Engage customers inside retail store locations to discuss and sell HVAC upgrades, heating and air conditioning services, energy conservation options, and indoor air quality solutions
- Represent the ARS brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Note: this role is not door-to-door, does not canvass, and does not function as a canvasser
Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
- Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required)
Ability to stand and walk during shifts
Weekend and some holiday availability
Reliable transportation
Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
