We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sous Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. In this pivotal role, you will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, and maintaining a lively, efficient work environment. Your leadership will inspire culinary excellence across all service areas,
*Duties*
* Support the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service standards.
* Oversee the breakfast 6 days a week and two meals on Sunday.
* Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and maintaining high morale.
* Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and safety standards are met at all times.
* Assist with menu planning and recipe development to keep offerings innovative and aligned with guest preferences.
* Manage inventory control and food ordering to minimize waste while ensuring sufficient stock for all events and service periods.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures to uphold health standards.
* Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment that adheres to sanitation protocols and safety guidelines.
