Executive Administrative & Analytics Partner, Engineering
Impulse is seeking a highly capable Executive Administrative & Analytics Partner to support the SVP of Engineering and VP of Assembly, Integration & Testing. This role combines traditional executive support with analytical rigor, dashboard creation, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically fluent, and capable of translating data into actionable insights. Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars across two senior engineering leaders Coordinate recurring meeting cadences:
Staff meetings (multiple team segments) 1:1s with direct reports Department all-hands and leadership meetings
Optimize time allocation and meeting effectiveness Build and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into:
Team health and performance metrics Ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) Program and test progress
Analyze data trends and proactively surface insights to leadership Support a "metrics-driven" operating model Partner with engineering, marketing, finance, and program management teams Facilitate communication and alignment across functions Assist with recruiting coordination and onboarding logistics Develop high-quality presentations and materials (PowerPoint, Canva) Support internal communications and meeting documentation Maintain documentation and workflows in tools such as Confluence and SharePoint Coordinate team events, offsites, and engagement initiatives Support intern programs and seating/logistics planning Help reinforce team culture and operational consistency Leverage and manage tools including:
Jira, Confluence (ticketing, documentation) Excel (data analysis) PowerPoint / Canva (presentations) Slack (primary communication channel)
Improve workflows and introduce lightweight project management practices Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of demonstrated experience in supporting senior leaders in engineering or technical organizations Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret and present data Excellent organizational and time management skills Proactive, self-starter with strong follow-through Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar tools Experience building dashboards Exposure to project management methodologies Experience supporting recruiting or HR-related processes Familiarity with technical or engineering environments Success Profile

Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
