Job Details
Salary: £43,950
Location: South East London
Driving Licence: Required
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (no weekends or bank holidays)
What You’ll Be DoingIn this role, you will:
- Assess and review individual care packages
- Provide practical training to care workers
- Conduct clinical supervisions and offer guidance
- Collaborate with healthcare workers in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centers
- Engage with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, private and NHS hospitals, nursing homes, and learning disability establishments
- Participate in our paid phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis
Qualifications
To thrive in this rewarding role, you should be:
- A Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse with experience in complex care, including tracheostomy and ventilation
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, empathetic, and compassionate
