Our bespoke care services cater to adults, children, and young people with a variety of conditions, including:

• Acquired brain injuries
• Trauma
• Epilepsy
• Learning disabilities
• Genetic disorders

Salary: £43,950

Location: South East London

Driving Licence: Required

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (no weekends or bank holidays)

In this role, you will:

• Assess and review individual care packages
• Provide practical training to care workers
• Conduct clinical supervisions and offer guidance
• Collaborate with healthcare workers in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centers
• Engage with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, private and NHS hospitals, nursing homes, and learning disability establishments
• Participate in our paid phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis

• A Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse with experience in complex care, including tracheostomy and ventilation
