*Summary of Position:*
Reporting to the Kitchen Manager (“KM”), the E is responsible for maintaining smooth kitchen-to-dining room operations by ensuring all dishes leave the kitchen correct and on time.
*Position-Specific Responsibilities:*
Position-specific responsibilities of the E include, but are not limited to, the following:
* *Communication and Order Flow. *Calls out needs clearly and efficiently to the kitchen line. Maintains real-time communication with Beer Garden Team Members ("BGTMs") and kitchen staff. Prioritizes orders during busy shifts and adjusts pacing based on kitchen capacity. Notifies management of delays or issues affecting guest experience.
* *Customer Service. *Provides excellent customer service to all guests, with the goal of engaging in conversations, creating regulars, and maximizing the customer experience. Answers customer questions regarding the available food outlets, menus, etc.
* *Food Coordination and Quality Control. *Reviews each dish for accuracy, presentation, temperature (if applicable), and portion before it leaves the line. Ensures modifications, allergies, and special requests are properly executed. Organizes ticket timing so entire orders are delivered.
* *Food Running Support. *Assists BGTMs by delivering plates when necessary. Helps with refires or replacement items quickly and professionally. Ensures garnishes, sauces, and sides accompany each dish.
* *Ticket and POS Management. *Manages and organizes printed tickets or digital KDS screens. Verifies that all items on a ticket are prepared and plated before running the order. Ensures accuracy between POS items, kitchen output, and guest expectations.
* *Workplace Cleanliness. *Keeps expo and pass area clean, stocked, and organized at all times. Maintains par levels of sauces, to-go supplies, and small wares. Follows all sanitary practices for general cleanliness and maintenance of venue.

*Work Environment*
This job entails prolonged periods of standing and interacting with customers. There is also frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, sanitation solutions, and produce items. Must be at least 18 years old to handle alcoholic beverages and 21 years old to pour alcoholic beverages.
*Physical Demands:*
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, sit and stand. The employee is frequently required to reach, bend, stoop, carry, push and lift objects between twenty five (25) to fifty (50) pounds. Occasionally, the employee may be required to lift objects greater than seventy five (75) pounds.
*Required Education and Experience:*
The below education and experience requirements are necessary for the position.

* High school diploma or equivalent.
_Experience_
* 2+ years of experience working as food runner, front-of-house, or back-of-house.

Pay: $10.00 per hour
