We're hiring a driven Coordinator to provide high-quality customer service internally and execute support requests for the People Operations team at Tesla. This role would be the face of the team, collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders and working to enhance existing systems to bring efficiency to the organization's processes. The ideal candidate will be organized and possess exceptional time management skills with a proven track record of building trust with customers through consistent execution.
What You'll Do
* Oversee daily operations tasks for the People team at Tesla including work across hiring, performance, offboarding, and data quality functions, to ensure consistent and high-quality operations at the company * Build partnerships directly with stakeholders to identify problems and drive to resolution alongside analytics and engineering teams in the system * Work to improve infrastructure to introduce automation that will further increase service levels and decrease the administrative burden required to work across the People org
What You'll Bring
* Demonstrated excellence in organizational skill, time management, and creativity, performed in a professional coordination role * Ability to work independently in unstructured environments * Track record of providing exceptional customer service and support * Strong problem-framing, problem-solving, and project management skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.) * Knowledge or experience of People programs is a plus

Expected Compensation
$28.00 - $51.60/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
