With your strong determination and enthusiasm, you will take charge of managing and developing the Greater Boston territory, maintaining a strategic focus on key architectural firms, projects, and market opportunities within an approximately two-hour drive radius. You will actively contribute to the technical development of the region, driving SIGA sales and fostering long-term relationships with architects, consultants, spec writers, engineers, and developers. Your role involves identifying customer needs and recognizing the application possibilities of SIGA’s innovative technical solutions. You will help your customers by offering technical consulting and training both on-site and through engagements such as office visits, lunch-and-learn presentations, AIA-accredited CEU sessions, and technical product education. By providing building envelope guidance, detailing assistance, and specification-ready information, you will ensure SIGA systems are accurately detailed and written into project specifications. You will analyze your territory, organize customer appointments, and build a high-quality project pipeline by identifying, tracking, and cultivating projects from early design through bid and award. Your technical skills and networking flair will help you win new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing ones. Additionally, you will coordinate with contractors, distributors, and channel partners to prepare proposals, pricing, and quotations, ensuring specifications carry through procurement and ordering. As a representative of SIGA, you will engage with the architectural community through customer events, SIGA Academies, workshops, trade shows, and industry associations such as AIA and CSI. By maintaining accurate project documentation and next steps in CRM (Dynamics), you will ensure clear pipeline visibility and effective territory management.
