We are a team of 8 who work closely together to ensure the best support for our clients, from an excellent working environment.
We have a 1st and 2nd line support position available. We are interested in talking to you if you like working with computers - whatever your level of experience. All necessary training will be given - with potential for Microsoft Certification. Salary based on experience.
The position is in-person (please do not apply if you require home working).
Initial duties may include machine builds, dealing with clients via the telephone, email, remote connection. Windows and 365 knowledge an advantage. 2nd Line position includes site visits.
If you love dealing with IT problems, have a logical mind and good communication skills we would love to hear from you.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
