*Compensation:*
* *Hourly:* $55–$60
* *Weekly:* $2,200–$2,400
* *Yearly Salary:* $80,000-$100,000

*Position Requirements:*
* Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
* Oregon State Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate (or ability to obtain)
* ASHA Certificate (_not required for Clinical Fellowship Year_)
* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Experience with children/adolescents (preferred, not required)
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Assess & identify* students needing speech and language support.
* *Provide individual & group therapy* using curriculum-based materials.
* *Develop & implement IEP goals* to foster student success.
* *Create an engaging learning environment* to promote communication and growth.
* *Collaborate with teachers, specialists & supervise support staff.*
* *Utilize alternative communication systems* when necessary.
* *Ensure compliance* with all local, state, and federal education regulations.
*Job Details:*
*Full-Time Contract Position* – *Hiring for the 2026/2027 school year*
*Schedule:* 40 hours per week, aligned with the district’s academic calendar
*Caseload:* Schools: 40–55 students; Early Intervention: 25-30 students
