Location: Office-based - Sheffield

Salary: £23,535.26 per annum

Contract: Full time, permanent

As our new Referrals Officer , you will play a crucial role in managing referrals from local authorities. Your mission? To ensure that every child is matched with the right foster family based on their unique needs. This is a dynamic position where your creativity and initiative will shine as you find solutions to foster placement requests.

• Act as the first point of contact between local authorities, foster families, and social workers.
• Utilize key information and matching criteria to ensure effective placements.
• Develop positive relationships through excellent communication, both written and face-to-face.
• Work independently and collaboratively to find innovative solutions.
