We’re a thriving, growing dental practice in Chesapeake, VA, and we just moved into our brand new, state-of-the-art office with 15 operatories. Our space is modern, beautifully designed, and equipped with the latest technology — including CBCT, digital imaging, multiple lasers, and more. We’re building something special here, and we’re looking for specialists to grow with us!
Right now, we’re looking for anEndodontist, Periodontist, and Oral Surgeon to join our team. Whether you're looking for a full-time home or just want to pick up a few days a month, we’re open to flexible scheduling.

*Who We’re Looking For*
We’re looking for personable, skilled specialists who enjoy working with a team and take pride in providing excellent patient care. Here’s a quick breakdown of each role:
*Endodontist*
* Comfortable performing root canals, retreatments, and other endodontic procedures
* CBCT
* Great communication with patients and referring doctors
*Periodontist*
* Perform soft and hard tissue surgeries, including osseous surgery, crown lengthening, and bone grafting
* Experience with or interest in PRFand implant placement is a big plus
* Collaborate on full-mouth and interdisciplinary treatment plans
*Oral Surgeon*
* Perform extractions (including wisdom teeth), bone grafting, implant placement, and other minor surgeries
* Sedation permit is a plus but not required
* Friendly bedside manner and confident surgical skills
*Requirements*
* DDS/DMD and specialty certificate from accredited program
* Active Virginia dental license (or ability to obtain)
* Great communication skills and a team-first attitude
* Passion for providing excellent, ethical patient care
