About

The Warehouse Leadplays akeyrole in assisting the site leadership team bydirecting thedaily functional and operationalworkflow at the site. This role has extensive knowledge of all fulfillment environment tasks. 

What You’ll Get

  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, with Saturday flexibility.

  • Pay range: $23.10/hour to $26.62/hour.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinates the workflow of daily operational activities, communicates daily workplanand assignments.

  • Proactivelyidentifiesrisks and hazards anddevelopsaction plans to ensure safe working conditions.

  • Responsible forcomprehensiveaccident and incident reporting.

  • Support classroom MHE training followed by functional shoulder-to-shoulder training on processes, safety protocol, and MHE operational skills.

  • Coaches associates on operational best practices, proper equipment use, glass-handling methods, and safety procedures.

  • May perform inbound or outbound activities when not actively trainingincluding operatingmaterial handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts, order pickers or reach trucks.

  • Adhere to all safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.

  • Maintain a secure and clean work areaby performing housekeeping duties.

  • Fulfill other duties as assigned.


 

What You’ll Need

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Validstate-issueddriver's licenserequiredand any other license(s)(as required by federal, state, and local laws)tooperatea company vehicle; mustpass a Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR).

  • Excellent people, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.

  • Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including order pickers, forklift,and reachtrucks.

  • To safelyoperatethe order picker andcomply withequipment manufacturer specifications andrequiredsafety regulations, there is a weight limit set at 300 pounds. If you are hired tooperatethis equipment, you will need to weigh under 300lbs.  

  • Strength to perform physical tasks involving repetitive moving or raising of objects weighing up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.

  • Comfortable with working in various environmental conditions, such as seasonal heat or cold, and staying in a stationary position for long shifts.

  • Punctuality andconsistentattendancetohelpyour teammates.

  • Positiveattitude with afocus on exceptional service.
