About
Job Description:Performs clinical cardiopulmonary bypass during cardiac surgery, hypothermic re-warming, intraperitoneal hyperthermia, PRP, plasma pheresis, and extracorporeal circulation during LVAD/RVAD procedures on patients adolescent through elderly. In addition to these duties, this position stands by for off pump cardiac procedures.
Education Qualifications:
Current certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusionists.
OR
Bachelor’s degree and graduate of an accredited cardiopulmonary perfusion training program and ability to obtain certification within 3 years.
