Your tasks:Leading and strategically developing the digital channels and solutions of the assigned product unit.You are responsible for the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital product offerings and services.Leading a team of dedicated digital experts to execute projects and continuously evolve digital solutions.Close collaboration with other functions and departments to ensure seamless integration of digital channels and solutions.Monitoring market developments and trends in digitalization and payment services to drive innovative ideas for a seamless and efficient self-service customer experience.Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as data privacy and security policies, for digital channels and solutions.Your profile:You bring a completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.You have several years of experience in leading digital products, projects, or teams, ideally in the field of payment services, card payments, and/or standardized banking APIs (Open Finance).Solid understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices. Strong leadership skills and experience in motivating and developing teams.Empathetic, pragmatic, and integrity-driven personality. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
