Pay: $70,000 - $120,000/Year based on performance

Full-time, year-round work

Schedule: Flexible scheduling available, including Sunday–Thursday, Tuesday–Saturday, and late-shift options.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.

Qualifications:

What You Need:

  • 3 years of residential HVAC experience
  • EPA certification is REQUIRED
  • Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
  • Must pass background and drug screening
  • Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
