Your tasks:Implement and oversee the company’s IT security framework including cybersecurityEnsure that security considerations are considered in every phase of the system development life cycle, striving for the principle of SecDevOpsContinuously evaluate and manage the company’s IT risk postureManage business continuity and disaster recovery preparationEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and best practicesBe responsible for IT security policies, standards, and key controlsLead the company’s IT security certification activitiesBe responsible for assigning internal access rights and other security-critical tasksLead incident response and crisis managementPromote a culture of strong information securityEnsure ongoing cybersecurity awareness training and education for usersEstablish and lead a high-performing IT security teamEngage with partners, clients, auditors, and regulators on IT security issuesYour profile:7-10 years of experience in information security, some of which preferably in a leadership roleProven experience in the implementation of IT security frameworks and certifications, preferably in financial services or other highly regulated industriesStrong technical acumen in IT infrastructure and networking as well as in cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, VPNs, and security protocolsWorking experience as a systems engineer is a mustUniversity degree in computer science or in a related technical field required and master’s degree preferred (equivalent work experience will be considered)Relevant professional certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or similar are highly desirableFluency in verbal and written English required, German is a big plusStrategic mindset with the ability to align security measures with business objectivesWillingness to go the extra mile in a startup environment
