*Overview*
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Nursing Supervisor to oversee clinical operations within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in various nursing disciplines, including critical care, geriatrics, pediatrics, and behavioral health, and demonstrate strong leadership skills in managing nursing teams. This role involves ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and regulations such as HIPAA and NCQA standards. The Nursing Supervisor will play a vital role in coordinating patient assessments, medical documentation.
*Duties*
* Supervise daily nursing operations across all units.
* Lead and manage nursing staff, providing guidance on patient care protocols, and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Oversee patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, IV insertion, catheter care, tube feeding, and sterile processing procedures.

* Ensure infection control practices are strictly followed to prevent healthcare-associated infections.
* Facilitate discharge planning, case management, and utilization review to optimize patient outcomes.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with legal standards using EMR/EHR systems.
* Collaborative team environment focused on high-quality patient care.
*Requirements*
* Valid RN/LPN MA license with current registration; additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS)
* Extensive experience in diverse clinical settings including facilities such as nursing homes or assisted living communities.
* Proven supervisory or nurse management experience leading multidisciplinary teams in acute care environments.
* Experience working with specialized populations including patients with developmental disabilities or memory care needs like Alzheimer’s disease.
* Ability to perform comprehensive physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations; skilled in infection control techniques including aseptic technique and sterile processing.
* Collaboration; capacity to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced settings.
* Knowledge of understanding of discharge planning and occupational health protocols is a plus. Job Type: Part-time
Base Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
