About

At *We Have a Meeting (WHAM)*, we’re not just about making lists, we build the data that makes conversations happen. Our operations team sits at the heart of every campaign, finding the right people to talk to, keeping our information clean, and setting the sales team up for success.
We’re a small, fast-moving team who love solving problems, improving processes and helping each other do brilliant work. If you’re curious, collaborative and love data, you’ll fit right in.
*What you’ll do*
* Pull prospects from a variety of databases and sources to power targeted campaigns. You’ll be the person who finds the right people to talk to.
* Build, optimise and own workflows that keep campaigns running smoothly and scale our outbound activity.
* Automate data collection, cleaning and reporting so the team spends less time clicking and more time talking to prospects.
* Scrape and enrich data from web sources where needed, always with an eye on accuracy and relevance.
* Support configuration, reporting and data hygiene in Salesforce (and help the team get the most from the CRM).
* Produce clear, actionable insights from campaign and performance data to help sales and ops make better decisions.
* Work closely with Sales, Account Management and Operations: You’ll be embedded in the teams you support and help shape the way we run campaigns.
* Innovate: suggest new tools, processes or automations and own small projects from idea to delivery.
* Weave AI into every corner of how we work, so we stay lean, fast and ahead of the curve.
* Support ad-hoc data tasks and be the go-to person when the team needs data done quickly and properly.
*What you’ll get*
* A competitive salary and real scope to grow, this role is a springboard into analytics, operations and senior data roles.
* Flexible working and a supportive, people-first culture.
* Dedicated time for learning and experimentation, we want you to innovate, so you’ll have space to do it.
* Private therapy access and other wellbeing benefits because we look after our people.
* Enhanced family-friendly policies.
* A cracking, friendly team who will teach you loads, challenge you and make you laugh.
* Training & progression designed to turn graduates into future leaders in data and operations.
*Who you are*
* Recently completed (or about to complete) a degree or recognised course in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or you’ve picked these skills up elsewhere and can show them).
* Comfortable working with databases and pulling prospect lists, you know how to get the data the business needs. (Tools & training will be provided)
* Familiar with Salesforce (or other CRMs) and confident working with CRM data would be advantageous
* Experience with Excel (advanced functions), and a basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
* Some experience of scripting/automation (Python or R) and web scraping is a big advantage.
* An interest in data visualisation (Power BI, Tableau or similar) and turning numbers into useful stories.
* Strong attention to detail, a pragmatic approach to data quality, and a knack for making messy data useful.
* A team player who enjoys collaborating across sales and operations, you’re as happy explaining a spreadsheet to someone as you are building the pipeline behind it.
* Curious, self-motivated and happy to take ownership of problems and projects.
*Why WHAM?*
We’re redefining what it means to work in sales. We value curiosity over ego, real thinking over scripts, and teamwork over solo glory. You’ll be surrounded by people who want to help you learn, push for better ways of working, and celebrate wins (big and small). This is a hands-on role where your ideas will be heard and your work will directly shape how we win customers for our clients.
Ready to get stuck in with data that actually matters? If you want to build workflows, invent processes and work with a brilliant, supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
