About
You will have the opportunity to work with some of the top agencies in the US on projects for national and regional brands.
If you are organized, communicate clearly, understand web development workflows, and know how to keep website projects on track from scoping through launch and support, this role could be a strong fit.
What you will do
* Manage multiple website projects and support requests at the same time
* Coordinate communication between clients, developers, designers, SEO teams, hosting providers, and third-party vendors
* Translate technical details into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders
* Gather requirements and make sure projects are fully scoped before development begins
* Review incoming requests and identify what information is missing before assigning work
* Create clear tickets, tasks, timelines, and priorities in the project management system
* Follow up with clients and team members to keep work moving
* Help manage website launches, QA reviews, staging approvals, and post-launch support
* Assist with preparing estimates, scopes of work, and documentation
* Keep detailed notes and maintain accurate project records
* Escalate issues when needed while maintaining strong communication and accountability
Types of issues you should be comfortable coordinating
* WordPress websites
* Hosting environments
* FTP and SFTP access
* Domain and DNS changes
* SSL certificates
* Website migrations
* Plugin conflicts
* Staging and production environments
* Website forms and email delivery issues
* Integrations with third-party tools
* Performance, security, caching, analytics, redirects, SEO, and tracking-related issues
What we are looking for

* Clear written and verbal communication
* Comfort discussing technical website topics without needing developer-level coding skills
* Ability to ask the right questions and gather complete requirements before work begins
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without letting things slip
* Confidence working independently and taking ownership of projects
* Ability to act as the bridge between clients and technical teams
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in web project management, website coordination, or agency-based website work
* Strong familiarity with WordPress websites and workflows
* Working knowledge of hosting platforms such as WP Engine, SiteGround, Cloudways, Kinsta, GoDaddy, cPanel, or similar
* Working knowledge of FTP and SFTP tools and website file access
* Understanding of domain registrars, DNS records, website launches, and migrations
* Familiarity with SSL certificates, backups, and staging environments
* Experience with project management systems such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday, Jira, or similar
* Must be based in the United States and available during US business hours
Preferred experience
* Experience working in a web or digital agency environment
* Familiarity with SEO concepts, Google Analytics, or tracking tools
* Basic understanding of HTML or CSS
* Experience coordinating with hosting companies or technical vendors
Role details
* Contractor position
* Remote, US-based only
* $25 to $35 per hour
* 25 hours per week to start
* Ability to scale to full-time quickly for the right person
* Part-time is fully supported for those who prefer it

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
