*Position Overview*
We are seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney with at least *1 year of experience* in California workers’ compensation law. This role is based in-office in Los Angeles and includes both *case handling responsibilities and oversight of a team of case managers*.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to expand into a leadership role while continuing to develop litigation skills.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage a full caseload of workers’ compensation matters from inception through resolution
* Appear at hearings, conferences, depositions, and trials as required
* Supervise and provide direction to a team of case managers
* Review case manager work to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper case progression
* Communicate with clients, adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers
* Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement documents
* Evaluate cases and lead settlement negotiations
* Ensure compliance with WCAB procedures, deadlines, and internal workflows
*Qualifications*
* Active California Bar license (required)
* Minimum *1 year of workers’ compensation experience*
* Strong knowledge of WCAB procedures and California labor code
* Prior experience supervising or mentoring staff is a plus
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while overseeing support staff
* Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

This is a *full-time, in-office position*. The role requires daily collaboration with attorneys, case managers, and staff, as well as active oversight of team performance and case progress.
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
