We’re a growing digital marketing agency working with SMEs across the UK, delivering SEO-led websites, paid advertising campaigns and conversion-focused digital experiences.
We build primarily in WordPress using Elementor, with a focus on performance, scalability and measurable results, not just “nice-looking sites.”
*The Role*
We’re looking for a junior front-end developer who already has hands-on Elementor experience and wants to develop their skills in a fast-paced agency environment.
This is not a “learn from scratch” role, you should already be comfortable building pages in Elementor and understanding how WordPress sites are structured.
*You’ll be working on:*
· New website builds
· Landing pages for paid ads
· Ongoing client site improvements
· Conversion-focused UI tweaks
*Key Responsibilities:*
· Build and style WordPress websites using Elementor
· Translate designs (Figma / briefs) into responsive pages
· Optimise pages for speed, SEO and UX
· Maintain and update existing client websites
· Assist with technical SEO fixes (basic level)
· Implement tracking elements (e.g. forms, events, basic GTM)
· Troubleshoot layout, plugin and responsiveness issues
*Required Skills & Experience*
*Must have:*
· 6–24 months experience with WordPress
· Proven experience using Elementor (not just basic use)
*Solid understanding of:*
· HTML
· CSS (including responsive design)
· Ability to work with pre-built themes and customise them
· Basic understanding of website performance (speed, images, etc.)
*Nice to have (but not essential):*
· JavaScript basics
· Experience with:
· Elementor Pro (theme builder, dynamic content)
· Form tools (e.g. Formidable, CF7)
· SEO fundamentals (meta, structure, schema basics)
· Familiarity with Git or version control
· Experience working in an agency environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
