If you have experience in HVAC — whether in service, installation, inside sales, or technical support — this position gives you the chance to leverage your industry knowledge in a customer‑facing, growth‑oriented role. You’ll work directly with contractors, engineers, facility managers, and distributors.

*What You’ll Do*
* Respond to inquiries from contractors, engineers, and end users
* Provide accurate product details, performance specs, pricing, and lead times
* Prepare and follow up on quotes for commercial dehumidification systems
* Assist outside sales reps with project coordination and lead management
* Support customers with equipment selection and basic application guidance
* Maintain CRM records and manage customer communication
* Coordinate with production and shipping to ensure smooth order fulfillment
* Participate in HVAC‑specific product training and sales meetings
*What You Bring*
* HVAC industry experience strongly preferred (service, installation, inside sales, distribution, or technical support)
* Ability to understand and communicate technical product information
* Comfortable discussing equipment sizing, applications, and system components
* Strong phone and email communication skills
* Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
* Team‑oriented mindset with a positive, reliable work ethic

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
