The function
You are a self-starter that can bring structure, fresh ideas and is able to build a strong team, all while achieving optimal sales results. Your team consists of a sales manager, finance manager, 3 administrative colleague’s and a team of ~15 service engineers / service supporting roles. The finance and sales manager also have a reporting line to the global functional leaders. You report to the CCO. You ideally have proven general management capabilities, like to be actively involved in sales and have experience with capital goods. The position can be summed up further with the following result areas:
General leadership
- Translate companywide ambition and strategy to ambition and strategy for the German speaking market;
- Lead by example showing exemplary teamwork and creating a company culture that inspires customers and employees, promotes improvement and innovation, and offers employees the opportunity to grow;
- Managing, coaching and motivating all team members on results, competencies and company culture;
- Responsible for optimal staffing within the set budget;
- Efficient and effective execution of all relevant processes and activities, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with overall company policy for relevant area (sales, service, HR, Finance), liaising with relevant global functional leaders.
Solution Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- Develop & sell best value solutions through consultative approach at the right price based on the customer value and the positioning relative to competition in the assigned areas;
