Mobile Installation Engineer
Location: Sheffield Region

What You'll Be Doing
This is a
field-based role
where no two days are the same. You'll take ownership of installations, servicing, and maintenance across a wide range of commercial vehicles. You will: Travel to client sites and represent the business professionally on-site Install
vehicle CCTV and advanced safety systems Fit
blind spot detection systems , including sensors and alarms Diagnose faults and carry out repairs during service visits Support testing and rollout of
new and emerging technologies Work across
HGVs, vans, and specialist vehicles You'll be trusted to manage your own schedule and deliver high-quality work - every time.
What You Bring to the Role
You're not just experienced - you're reliable, practical, and solutions-focused. Essential: Experience working on
HGVs, LGVs, or commercial vehicles Strong knowledge of
12V/24V automotive electrical systems Proven
diagnostic and fault-finding skills Ability to work independently and manage your own time Experience across mixed fleets (e.g. haulage, construction, bus & coach) Auto electrical qualification (NVQ or City & Guilds) Full UK driving licence

Working Hours
