Salary: £28,000 - £39,590 pro rata

Your RoleAs an inspirational teacher, you will:
- Teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Utilize our positive behaviour policy to help students become responsible citizens.
- Motivate students to embrace learning and develop a love for education.
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have successful teaching experience, particularly with vulnerable children.
- Possess SEN experience, focusing on nurturing children with SEMH and ASC needs.
- Have a solid understanding of the National Curriculum, especially in Maths or English.
- Exhibit excellent behaviour management skills.
- Be a reflective practitioner with a good grasp of therapeutic educational approaches.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Provide dynamic and engaging lessons that inspire students.
The successful candidate will undergo an enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by ISP School Battle.
