Zavv Guillory LLC is a newly established wholesale distribution company specializing in premium pet food and toys. As we build our operational foundation and scale our technology infrastructure, we are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to lead our technical strategy, design enterprise-grade systems, and drive innovation across our supply chain and distribution network. This is a foundational leadership role for an experienced professional ready to shape the technological backbone of a growing company.
*The Role*
As our Solutions Architect, you will serve as the primary technical authority responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable solutions that support wholesale distribution, inventory management, order fulfillment, and partner integrations. You will collaborate directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps, establish architectural governance, and ensure our systems are secure, efficient, and future-ready.
*Responsibilities*
* Design and deploy enterprise-level architectures aligned with wholesale distribution and supply chain workflows
* Lead system integration, cloud migration, and platform modernization initiatives
* Develop technical standards, governance frameworks, and documentation for engineering teams
* Evaluate and select technology stacks, SaaS/PaaS platforms, and third-party integrations
* Ensure data security, regulatory compliance, and high system availability across all environments
* Mentor developers and IT staff while providing hands-on guidance during critical implementation phases
* Partner with executive leadership to align technical strategy with business growth objectives
*Required Qualifications*
* U.S. Citizenship (strict requirement for this role)
* Current residency in Connecticut
* Extensive professional background as a Solutions Architect (8+ years of progressive experience)
* Proven experience designing enterprise architectures for distribution, logistics, wholesale, or supply chain environments
* Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), API management, data architecture, and enterprise integration patterns
* Demonstrated leadership experience driving cross-functional technical initiatives from concept to production
* Strong communication and executive presentation skills
* This is a full-time position intended to serve as your primary professional commitment
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Solutions Architect Professional, TOGAF, CISSP, or PMP)
* Experience launching or scaling technology infrastructure for early-stage or rapidly growing companies
* Familiarity with ERP, WMS, OMS, and e-commerce/distribution platforms
* Background in vendor management and contract negotiation

Pay: $220,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
