Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to define and maintain target operating models, including tools, technologies, and best practices
Translate business needs into innovative, service-oriented architecture solutions leveraging APIs and event-driven patterns
Provide technical guidance during solution design, coding, and implementation phases
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity
Conduct architecture reviews, industry research, and proof-of-concept testing to stay ahead of trends
Ensure architecture standards are followed and solutions are reusable, scalable, and performant
Assess current technology landscapes, identify gaps, and recommend strategic investments
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of solutions architecture or related experience (tech lead, senior designer)
5+ years of experience designing and implementing complex solutions
2+ years working with sales & distribution technologies, including marketing, wealth management, or insurance distribution
Strong collaboration and mentoring skills, with experience guiding development teams
Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud architecture, event streaming (Kafka), web services (REST/SOAP), and data modeling
Proven ability to lead architecture activities, foster teamwork, and communicate effectively
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Certifications
Experience with Vertica, Kong, Salesforce, React, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices
Knowledge of financial, insurance, and investment data
