Junior Instruction Designer

Your new role
* Blending design practices with learning solutions to build innovative instructional portfolio of Exponential-e
* Produce content and develop a high degree of competence using specialist software such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia and Adobe creative applications.
* Be a key point of contact within the L&D team and wider HR Function, with sufficient knowledge of key projects and programs to answer questions from stakeholders at all levels.
What you’ll need to succeed
* Eligible to gain and maintain Security Check (SC) Clearance
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstratable skill in graphic design is essential.
* Knowledge of, and experience in, using instructional design software is beneficial, but not essential, as training and mentoring will be offered.
