What You'll Do • Act as the first point of contact for IT help desk tickets, resolving issues and escalating when needed. • Support user account management, system access, and password administration. • Assist with installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktops, servers, printers, and network‑related equipment. • Perform device deployments, upgrades, break‑fix support, and routine system maintenance. • Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure effective system use. What You'll Bring • Foundational knowledge of Windows systems, hardware, and basic networking concepts. • Hands‑on experience providing end‑user technical support or help desk assistance. • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑service skills.
