Due to sustained growth and continued investment in their New Build division, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to join their team.
As a Design Compliance Manager, your role is a leadership one which requires high levels of probity, diligence, professionalism, and acceptance of responsibility on your part. As well as excellent stakeholder management skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a sound understanding of residential construction methodologies in a design and build environment. You and your team’s primary responsibility is the management and supervision of the design team’s (DT) performance, which includes the consultants and sub-contractor design, managing the quality and delivery of the detailed design (and on occasion planning) information, ensuring the information is compliant with legislation, our contract and is designed efficiently and economically.
