Network Engineer
with Cisco telephony and videoconferencing expertise who enjoys hands-on operational support and project work in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Your responsibilities as the
Network Engineer : Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 telephony and videoconferencing-oriented incidents. Respond to specific hardware and application service requests. Participate in telephony and videoconferencing projects, including upgrades and enhancements. Support and collaborate with operations teams on an ad hoc basis. Ensure stable, secure and high-quality voice and video services across the estate. Work onsite in Stevenage, engaging closely with technical and business stakeholders. As a successful Network Engineer, you will have: Active SC Clearance Advanced knowledge of Cisco VoIP technologies including
CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber and IP Phones . Strong experience with
Cisco SBS, VG2xx , and
Cisco CMS/Cisco video conferencing
solutions (endpoints, TMS, Pexip, etc.). A
Cisco certification
