The client introduces an innovative residential treatment program where a dedicated team focuses on improving lives, empowering families, and shaping a groundbreaking program.
You have the opportunity to be an integral part of this multidisciplinary team if you are passionate about fostering a safe, supportive, and transformative environment for these youth. The client is seeking a Program Supervisor for the STAIRS program, an intensive residential treatment initiative for young individuals with autism and developmental disabilities who have not progressed in less restrictive settings.
The Program Supervisor will play a crucial role in planning and implementing residential services for the residents, maintaining a therapeutic environment, and supporting both the residents and the staff.
The role involves supervising direct care staff, overseeing daily operations, assisting with program planning, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with various standards.
An integral part of the position includes providing crisis intervention, coaching staff on safety procedures, and maintaining accurate records of treatment services and interventions.
