Tasks
  • Managing the operation team's processes
  • Managing projects relate to automating the company's financial process (invoice, report, credit limit and accounts receivable control, integration with accounting system, payment distribution, and others)
  • Managing the information security documentation system and related projects
  • Managing technical support for infrastructure BSS/OSS systems (billing, accountant, data centers
  • Managing the technical maintenance process of the company's corporate websites
Requirements
  • Work experience in a leading position in IT not less than 3 years, preferable in the sphere of telecommunications or software development.
  • Practical experience in the field of managing operational activities and project management.
  • Experience in automating financial processes of the company
  • Experience in organizing cross-team project
  • Experience working in telecommunications company
  • Experience working or managing with ERP, BI, Billing, Accountant systems
  • Knowledge of software development process methodology
  • Knowledge of standards and requirements ISO/IEC 27001:2015:2022
  • Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate, as the company has several countries of presence.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Cologne, Düsseldorf, or Riga.
