Helios Physical Therapy is a modern, independently owned outpatient physical therapy clinic in Millburn, NJ seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) who is passionate about treating active adults and athletes in a true 1-on-1 setting.
This is NOT a high-volume mill.
Every patient is treated *one-on-one for a full 60 minutes*, with a weekly caseload capped at *no more than 35 patients per week.*

Responsibilities
* Evaluate and treat patients in a 1-on-1 outpatient orthopedic setting
* Develop individualized treatment plans
* Deliver manual therapy and exercise-based interventions
* Document clearly and efficiently
* Collaborate on clinical growth initiatives
Qualifications
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
* Active New Jersey Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)
* Strong understanding of exercise science and biomechanics
* Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new grads welcome)
* Strong communication and patient education skills
