Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their technical needs and recommend appropriate manufacturing solutions. * Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide accurate technical information and resolve customer inquiries. * Prepare and present detailed quotes, proposals, and product specifications tailored to customer requirements. * Manage and track sales opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation. * Support external sales teams by providing technical expertise and assisting in closing complex sales. * Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and product improvements.
