Your main role? To maintain and improve the production launch processes for new products-a stimulating challenge that matches your expertise!


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Identify and assess technical risks associated with products under development, and propose concrete solutions that can be implemented in production
  • Manage unforeseen issues and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Define and structure bills of materials (BOMs) and manufacturing methods
  • Implement standards and best practices in product lifecycle management
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation (work instructions, methods, etc.)
  • Actively participate in industrialization phases: prototypes, testing, pre-production
  • Determine cycle times, equipment, and optimal manufacturing methods
  • Collaborate closely with production (on-site presence required) to ensure smooth product transfer
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and products
  • Develop cost estimates and specifications for new products, equipment, and tooling

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you will thrive in this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment (strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and product structure
  • Experience managing bills of materials (BOM) and product lifecycles
  • Ability to organize information in an environment that may be incomplete or constantly changing
  • Comfortable working both within systems (ERP, data) and on the production floor
  • Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and a solution-oriented approach
