Salary is up to $170K
MUST have IT financial management and budgeting background.
Overview Seeking a strategic and operationally strong IT leader to drive key initiatives across business continuity, financial management, and cloud operations. This role partners closely with IT and business leadership to ensure resilience, financial discipline, and alignment of IT services with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical insight, financial acumen, and process leadership, with the ability to build structure, improve performance, and mitigate risk across a complex IT environment.
Key Responsibilities Top Priorities
Lead IT business continuity and disaster recovery strategy, ensuring organizational resilience and readiness
Oversee IT financial management, including budget planning, forecasting, expense tracking, and reporting
Drive cloud financial operations strategy, with accountability for monitoring and optimizing cloud spend
Additional Responsibilities
Develop and maintain IT policies, processes, and standard operating procedures; deliver training to internal teams and stakeholders
Lead vendor and contract management, including software licensing and IT access governance
Chair the IT Change Advisory Board (CAB) and oversee change control processes
Support internal and external audits; coordinate responses and ensure compliance readiness
Monitor IT performance metrics, compliance standards, and service level agreements; prepare regular operational reports
Coordinate department reporting, including LEM reporting and performance tracking
Lead IT survey coordination and facilitation (e.g., Epic, CHIME, AHA)
Stay current on emerging threats, technologies, and industry best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally to align IT strategy with broader business objectives
Proactively identify, elevate, and resolve operational issues
Assess and manage operational risk across IT functions
Qualifications
Proven experience in IT operations, IT strategy, or IT program leadership roles
Strong background in IT financial management and budgeting
Experience with business continuity planning and disaster recovery
Knowledge of cloud financial operations and cost optimization strategies
Familiarity with IT governance, audit processes, and compliance frameworks
Experience with vendor management and contract oversight
Strong process orientation with the ability to build and implement scalable procedures
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with ServiceNow CMDB (not required but highly valued)
Healthcare industry experience or familiarity with related surveys (Epic, CHIME, AHA)
